It wasn't an unusual day in that I was craving something at the top of the food pyramid - sugar, fat and oil...in no particular order. Murray's Ice Cream and Cookies was calling my name.
Instead of trying one of Murray's 200 flavors of homemade ice cream, I decided to go rogue and get the cookies.
For the sake of my readers I had to get two cookies, just to give you guys some variety.
The frosted sugar cookie tasted very different from other sugar cookies I've tried. It has something to do with the frosting, which had flecks of vanilla bean and a cinnamon taste. Not bad.
The oatmeal chocolate chip was my favorite.

Murray's updates their homemade ice cream flavors every week so I know I'll be back to try one.The only downside to the place is they don't accept debit/credit cards...only cash or check. It's time to move into 2012, Murray's - but kudos on the cookies.
